In doing small group learning, the following points may be of interest.

1. The topic to be made available well in advance

2. Learning resource to be specified

3. The learning can be problem based or short talks or interaction based

4. Each participant to be actively engaged

5. To allow active learning, the participant with lesser 'knowledge / understanding' to be identified and encouraged to acquire knowledge

6. At the end, recap / short summary / problem solving may be useful to reinforce the learning
