I am very happy that Dr. Vicky Serra-Sutton reviewed my article and her comments undoubtedly contribute to this piece of work.

I just want to make further clarification. First, this is not a new study, but a brief report, an extension of the previous two studies, with aims to present only the referent values for healthy children and adolescents for the Serbian language untli the norms are developed. As such, it was not necessary to compare the findings with other studies, although it might seem required. Second, it were given reference values for each age (from 8-9, 9-10, 10-11, 11-12, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17) for the KINDL self-reported and parent’s version because, although some strata had small numbers, because we believe this could give more “real” picture of one’s QOL. Third, internal consistency coefficients were given, because they show the differentiating power of the measure between subjects as well.

However, during the summer we will finalize a study with the normative data of the KINDL and the comments of Dr. Serra-Sutton will be considered.

All Best,

Dejan Stevanovic
