Usually a Pathologist does not come across rare forms of a tumor,unless working in an oncology set up and not likely to diagnose or suspect it on FNAC.I have previously missed PLGA on cytology.
The dual cell population is beautifully brought out in the H&E photograpghs though not really reflected in the actin IHC which I presume is due to more confluence of clear cells in the area.The gross photo is not very clear.
