This is an interesting article. But, it needs some revision.
Title: 'Sonographic Finidings... should be 'Sonographic Findings...
Materials and Methods: Mean follow-up times of the groups (A and B) should be given. Statistical methods should be described in Methods.
Tables are unnecessarily redundant . The outputs of the statistics should be moved to table. Table number should be less than 5.

Other Comments:
This is a nice descriptive article on the use of ultrasonography around the world. While the article is short on how the author came to the conclusions, it does not pretend to be scientifically quantitative.

In my opinion it's good experience specially from a person like prof Gilani, who interact with more than 70 systems in different countries, so we can know which is good, and how we can be good. and I think there is some points need explanations from the establishments it self. and there is some points need some considerations like the economy of the contries and corruption and other factors
Well Done Prof Gilani

This is a good illustrative article on the use of ultrasonography for the investigation of Idiopathic Systemic Capillary Leak Syndrome. The manuscript is too short on and do not explain well how this work is performed. I advise the author to improve the manuscript in order to be conform with the presented illustrations and conclusions.
