This article is a reproduction of a well known fact.

Authors need to revise it throughly, Abstract and case details are  insufficient.

Within how much time medical aid was available?

Was there a fight before submersion?

Is it possible that he died of shock or cerebral concussion(traumatic)) before submersion.
