Other Comments:
This article is a reproduction of a well known fact.
Authors need to revise it throughly, Abstract and case details are insufficient.
Was the person alive when taken out from water?
Within how much time medical aid was available?
Was there a fight before submersion?
Is it possible that he died of shock or cerebral concussion(traumatic)) before submersion.
How much time he was in water?
These are multiple issues which need to be addressed.
Discussion needs to be rewritten and supported by suitable references in relation to present case.
Authors need to do further lterature search on the topic.

The case reported cited is basically a case of negetive autopsy. No positive findings were detected on autopsy, histology or toxicological analysis. Though it can be rightly cited as a case of sudden death, yet the actual cause of death remains unknown. The authors have mentioned it as a case of cardiac arrest due to immersion in cold water.
In case of death in cold water, death may be due to -i) sudden inrush of cold water in the larynx or nasopharynx leading to laryngeal spasm. ii) Vagal inhibition of the heart due to the abdomen striking flat on the surface of water.
In the discussion section these aspects should have been discussed to enrich the quality of the case report. In all cases of death there will be cardiac arrest but what lead to the cardiac arrest is more important. Just because there were no positive findings of drowning and by exclusion of the other causes one cannot be conclusive about the true facts. The present case is a diagnosis by exclusion.
Grammatical errors in the sentance structure at multiple places should also be corrected.
