    The paper is satisfactory at level to consider for publication after getting a revised version of same. the Material & method part needs a brief protocol of tests performed and subheadings for all are required. The parameter chosen are used in Diabetes management and some other disease, authors must write importance of each and a  diagramatic represnetation of the hypothesis is required. Statistics analysis should be mention. Discussion part need some latest reference (2010-2012), and a clear relation of observations with mentioned literature.

    The paper is acceptable after these updates.

    I have not earned any experience in DM research but have performed similar research and experimentaion in other diseases like leprosy, artheritis, etc.
