In this case report, there wasnot new material.new approach or procedure and rare cass but 6 years follow up is the main advantage of this case.

1. In the case report it has been mentioned that following apical 4mm of MTA placement the remaining prepared post space was left unfilled? without mentioning the reason.

2.The type of post endodontic restoration is not clearly mentioned ,that is the type of crown.
