How does anyone argue with this rate of success? The patients acute and chronic treatment by drainage is well-documented evidence including the procedure illustrations. The rate of unsuccessful attempts is also well-explained, yet low enough to support application. The language to describe this intervention is not only adequate, it is superbly explicit.

None. I am not a medical doctor. Nevertheless, my comments listed herein are easily supported, by reading Dr. Bilgin et al.'s brilliant manuscript.

Other Comments:
This article needs to be revised because of the following remarks:
- The article is not well structured;
- The ideas presented are not clear and not well explained.
Concerning the work itself, the author tries to contribute to a well known subject. Although the article is not correctly presented, the illustrations are a good quality ones and this contribution, not original, can be accepted just as an educational and a state-of-the-art presentation.

Good quality illustrations and images used. The paper is laid out in reasonable order. There however are several grammatical errors. Also, there is liberal use of terminology unfamiliar to english medical lexicon which I suspect occasionally makes it difficult for the reader to follow the paper.
