    The article is fresh and original . The Title is Apppropriate. The introduction and literature search are adequate and informative .The hypothesis is clear .The Methodology is accurate.The Results are positive and the Discussion is well written and informative.Overall this work is well done and suited for publication .It will certainly create an awareness in both medical and non medical community.

    This paper demonstrates defined preventative protocols by which pathogens may be reduced in the kitchen where food is prepared. I would enjoy learning the authors' estimation of what percentage of the contamination by investing recommended applications.

Is this contamination spread to the food which is prepared and water used for drinking

    It is a good study for the student project.  The conclusions drawn are somewhat little extended. 

    Reasons

    1.  It is expected for pathogens on taps, fridge handles, towels etc used in the common kitchen. (students and staff kitchen) and it is not sterile kitchen used to prepare sterile food for the seriously ill patients.

     

    2.  How can food prepared for students and staff  cause pathogenesis for immuno-compromised patients and people on mechanical ventilator who do not consume this food.

     

    3.  Have the food which is prepared is tested for bacteria (pathogenic).  May be it will not have so much bacteria and that is why you may not see such high infected cases.
