  • Other Comments:

This paper is reasonably well written but it has a serious or major fault in that the references have not been written or presented with a consistent acceptable format. References need to be consistent. You cannot have some references beginning with surname, other references beginning with intitials of authors and others beginnning with the titles of the authors in the same manuscripts. A reviewer in a pre-publication review journal would recommend that all the references should be converted unto one consistent format before publication. This manuscript because of the refences needs to be improved by re writing the references before it would become an internationally and professionally acceptable manuscript.
