I would like you to add more on clinical procedures in Rat aortic rings method & Proliferation of endothelial cells model including biological and instrumental requirements for these procedures. Also add the exact method of quantification of antiangiogenic activity for these experiments i.e how to measure the number, length, or the area of microvessels outgrowth from the primary aortic explants.

Other question I want to clarify is that how could you set a criteria for plant selection for antiangiogenic activity, because finding up new antiangiogenic agents other than polyphenols, triterpenes is the objective of these experiments. Instead of mentioning criteria of plant selection you can describe as the agents that cause antiangiogenic activity or probable Families in plant kingdom that can have an antiangiogenic activity.

I would also recommend to include probable antiangiogenic mechanism in the introduction.

PT 6 : I suggest to include more natural products as a table, which should be made available as a table. The sources could be just patents and published literature. This would make this review more comprehensive to meet the objective.

    A good attempt though.
