The authors reported their successful management of a case of Necrotizing fascitis. This is a clinical case report in which the authors wanted to share their experience for an successful complete remission of a 72 years old patient. However, their is still some minor improvements that could make this paper more informative for the readers.

    1. check the spellings again.

    2. Provid the way antibiotics were administrated rather than just mentioning their name.

    3. Provid the vital sign of the patient as she go through her recovery period will attract more readers as most of them found these data interesting.

    4. It would be more informative if the authors would like to discuss the evolution of antibiotics used for treating Necrotizing Fascitis in the discussion.
