Subject of article is good and highlight rare pathological findings. However manuscript needs many corrections…..

- There are many spelling mistakes need to be corrected example in abstract Differentiation Mesenchymal

- Abstract need to be consise and informative

- Introduction – language like we are presenting – not appears to be scientific in a paper publication needs to be re written. Its dicription should be incorporated in part of discussion.

- Case report – B/l should be replaced by its full form, spelling mistakes like ”additional” and many l need to be corrected….

- References- all the references need to be sited in text and written properly
