What are the main claims of the paper and how important are they?
They claim that analgesic has very limited role in mild low back pain.
Are these claims novel? If not, please specify papers that weaken the claims to the originality of this one.

in fact the results presented are inadequate. virtually non existant. only one table is presented as relults which is not accaptable.

No explaination presented.
Is the methodology valid? Does the paper offer enough details of its methodology that its experiments or its analyses could be reproduced?

Not valid.

this paper is gorssly inadequate. could not be helped in any way. ther is no discussion section. that makes this paper gorssly inadequate. in conclusion section the authours have drawn conclusion not even studied in this study.

Pain relief in acute low back pain - does it help?

Claims - pain killers do not appear to be useful in mild acute back pain and do not aid in return to normal activity.
Are these claims novel? If not, please specify papers that weaken the claims to the originality of this one.
NOt novel. "Efficacy of paracetmol for acute low-back pain: a double blind, randomised controlled trial. Christopher Williams et al. Volume 384, No. 9954, p 1586-1596, Nov 2014, The Lancet."

Yes.
Do the results support the claims? If not, what other evidence is required?

They do support the claims, but more detailed analysis is needed eg. at 4.1 days, was there total pain relief?

ACute back pain has severeal causes, not just mechanical problems and strains. Hence it is important to classify patients upon presentation. This paper does not do that; the results may be different in someone with a back strain versus a spondylotic/facetal flare up. A sub classification and comparison of different groups would render the paper more clinically useful.
Is this paper outstanding in its discipline? (For example, would you like to see this work presented in a seminar at your hospital or university? Do you feel these results need to be incorporated in your next general lecture on the subject?) If yes, what makes it outstanding? If not, why not?
Though not unique, this merits presentation in a university hospital setting and further discussion.
Other Comments:
The point to be made is that pain killers have potential side effects and judicious use is necessary, especially taking into account the fact that they may not cure back pain on thier own.
