3. The originality is not so high. Attempted investigation is considered to be valuable.

5, 6. Explanation of figures or tables should be corrected. For example, FC1 or FC2 is not explained anywhere. In addition, it should be stated which formulation is promising.

8. As stated above, more explanation of formulations or abbreviations is needed. (Page 5, bottom, left) Eudragit RS 100 is not dissolved at pH of more than 7, I think. Please check that.

11. This study is an in vitro one. Preparation and in vitro evaluation should be included in the keywords
