    Very interesting case, and  very concise. Photos are so illustrative but I miss a histopathological one (of the muscle biopsy). It would have been more interesting.
    On the other hand it would have been a great idea to use this clinical case to make a more thorough review (not very deeply) about the association of solid tumours and this rare paraneoplastic syndrome giving us more data. Be careful with considering melanoma as a non-solid tumour.
