Dear Editor;
I think that this case report is not an original contribution since similar cases have already been reported in the literature.
Minor revisions:
1) Is hepatitis E virus the commonest cause of acute viral hepatitis in India or Is it one of the most common causes of acute viral hepatitis in India? This should be clarified.
2)The word hemoglobin concentration can be used in stead of hemoglobin mass concentration.
3)A total leucocyte count of 18.500/cmm was written in the case report section. Is this unit true or misspelled?
4)The words Coomb?s and Wilson?s were misspelled
5)It can be better to write serum level of vitamin B12 instead of writing serum lfor vitamin B12
6) The unit of Vitamin B12 was not given

I have treated patients with acute hepatitis E infection but I have not met a patient with coexistence of G6PD deficiency.
