Interesting paper comparing dexamethasone and metoclopramide for prevention of PONV in orthognathic surgery.
The study is well designed and conducted. According to the results of the study dexamethasone seems to offer some advantage over metoclopramide.

Yes- this would be a great seminar for oral surgery residents.
Postoperative nausea and vomiting is one of the most frequent side effects of general anesthesia. The author states that the use of preoperative dexamethasone significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting as compared with metoclopramide. The author recommends the prophylactic administration of 8mg of IV dexamethasone one minute prior to the induction of anesthesis.
