Other Comments:
This article very nicely describes the possible role of genetics in the etiology of mesiodens. A case is presented and described in-depth and is examined in relationship to historical cases. This article could prove to be very valuable in both the dental and medical communities. More research needs to be done on the genetic factor of the clinical presentation of a mesiodens.
