  • Other Comments:

Goo work on the analysis of clinical MRSA samples from India regarding their susceptibility status to vancomycin and linezolid. The article would benefit from a more extensive explanation on the advantages of the use of linezolid instead of vancomycin. Furthermore, it should be noted that a higher number of samples might lead to a more representative data of clinical samples in India.

  • Other Comments: This work is good enough to increase the knowledge on antimicrobial susceptibility, although I think you need to specify the density (McFarland) of the strains used for the E-test assay and the plates used. Useful to specify the companies that provided commercial tests (plates, E-test, etc.).
