Response to Mr. Akhtar

I am grateful for the sincere evaluation of Mr.Akhtar. However, I think that scientific mission of the article is misunderstood. Our purpose is not comparison. We documented the data for epidemiologic information. In English Literature, Published data targeting pediatric population is limited. Data that have been already published are spread into adult articles. Detailed evaluations fo breast problems in children are of course lacking in our stuy because there are a lot of black holes in literature either. If we want to new information in the issue, we have to design prospctive study. However, our patient spectrum is limited as, Mr.Akhtar said.We also define it in our study.

I don't know what can be expected other than this from the article. But I don't think that it is unimpressive because the tone of the comment of Mr.Akhtar reveals that he was impressed, he needed to response. From now on, I am waiting for the publication of Mr. Akthar among their huge series on this purpose which means that our article reachs its target.
