Brief Biography:

I am Head of the Medicall Surgical nursing department in Kashan universitu os medical sciences since 2006. I also am a member of Board of Nursing in the ministry of health and medical education in Iran. I got my PhD in Nursing Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2004. I have published around 50 papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, many of them indexed in the ISIweb and PubMed.

Academic positions:

Ph.D, Associate professor, department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, faculty of nursing and midwifery, Kashan University of Medical Sciences, Kashan, Iran.

Research interests:

My main research interests are nursing education, quality of care, elderly care and qualitative research specially done by grounded theory method.Educational research, qualitative research, quality of care
