Principal Investigator, “Novel nanoemulsion based formulations of tripeptide prodrugs for eradicating latent HIV reservoirs” , Bill Gates Foundation, Nov, 2011 - Nov, 2012 The main objective of this grant proposal is to engineer novel tripeptide-protease inhibitor prodrugs incorporated in self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) to enable eradication or depletion of the latent reservoir.
