Brief Biography:


Dr. Khalifa Elmusharaf is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health (UK) (FRSPH) and a PhD researcher in Health System & Policy. He is the Head of Reproductive & Child Health Research Unit ‘RCRU’ at Graduate College, University of Medical Sciences & Technology ‘UMST’; Khartoum - Sudan. Dr. Elmusharaf is a certified consultant in Reproductive health in crises and Quantitative and Innovative Qualitative Research, with experience in community based initiatives, Participatory Ethnographic Evaluation & Research, Participatory Health Communications, Critical incidents technique, reflective photography, and health system & policy research.

Senior lecturer of public health and research methodology

Fellow, Royal Society for Public Health (UK)

Health system analysis, health sector reform research, health economic and management research, research priority settings, evaluation of health services, health needs assessment, community readiness assessment, costing health services, Rapid appraisal techniques, participatory qualitative research, research in conflict area, reproductive and child health research.
