What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

Sometimes it just seem some voices can not get through, can not be heard. I believe most if not all ideas should have the chance to be heard. However, I also believe in judgment of readers and ability to know what may be worth for them and what may be, which is in the field of medicine very important, potentially harmful for patients. With more ideas freely available, more progress may be expected.
