Brief Biography:

I am a 1994 graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and a 1998 graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine where I graduated with honors as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Society.  I completed my internship and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2004 from Brooke Army Medical Center, Tx and am currently board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and hold a sub-specialty certification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine as well.

I am currently the assistant chief of orthopaedics at San Antonio Military Medical Center, Team Physician for US Armed Forces Male & Female Soccer and Judo, Ringside physician for USA boxing, and a member of the sports medicine program for the US Olympic Committee.
