Brief Biography:

I have a broad background in drug safety especially the conduct of pharmaceutical trials and clinical drug-drug interactions.  Prior to joining the Department of Pharmaceutics at University of Washington, I worked as an investigator and co-investigator on over 150 pharmaceutical trials at two clinical sites.  During this time I demonstrated my expertise in Good Clinical Practice for pharmaceutical trials by obtaining my certification in Regulatory Affairs.  I also gained considerable expertise in the ethical conduct of clinical trials while serving as a member then co-chair of the Multicare Institutional Review Board.
