Brief Biography:

Dr. Pengxu Wei graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1996. Received medical training in Beijing Boai Hospital (1996-1999, Residency training), Neurology Department, Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University (1999-2000, Residency training), and Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Seoul National University Hospital, College of Medicine, Seoul National University, South Korea (2005-2006, International Fellow).

What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

Peer review before publication is an important process. Nevertheless, this process does have some pitfalls. Post peer review, in my opinion, will play an increasingly important role to promote the develpment of medical science and practice.
