In 2011, I was promoted to my current position as Assistant Professor/Research in the Depertment of Molecular Medicine and The Sam and Ann Barshop Institute for Longevity and Aging Studies at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. I am also affiliated with the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio.
