Biography

Dr. Abd-Allah graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University (Beni-Suef Branch) in 1993 (B.V.Sc. with Very Good grade), and earned his Master degree (1998) in the field of Reproductive Cytogenetics and Ph.D. (2003) in the field of Reproductive Biology from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University (Beni-Suef Branch), Egypt

In 2012, he was awarded a CV RAMAN International Fellowship for African Researchers with allowed him to spent 3 months on research at the Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes (Division of Physiology and Reproduction), India.

Dr. Abd-Allah is a Pioneer Concepts of Cryopreservation of buffalo oocytes and embryos and production of buffalo embryos in vitro from cryopreserved oocytes in the level of the world at 2003.

In 2009, Also, Dr. Abd-Allah is a Pioneer Concepts of Cryopreservation of buffalo ovaries. Moreover, In 2011, Dr. Abd-Allah is the first scientist produced buffalo embryos in vitro from cryopreserved ovaries in the level of the world.

Dr. Abd-Allah is the Founder and Editor–in-Chief of Theriogenology Insight and Journal of Buffalo Science. Morover, Editor–in-Chief of Nine International Journals in addition an active member in Editorial board of many international journals (more 40) and ad hoc reviewer for many international journals (more 100).

Dr. Abd-Allah is also the Founder and First Chairman of Reproductive Biology and Genetics Society (RBGS), Singapore and has a membership in many international associations or societies (more 100).

His scientific research is focused on various areas of reproductive biology including In vitro fertilization, in vitro embryo production, Embryo Transfer, Cryopreservation of ovaries, oocytes, embryos and semen, reproductive genetic and molecular biology in addition reproductive disorders in cattle, buffaloes, camel, horses, sheep and goat.

· He is author or co-author of more than 30 peer-reviewed international journals and has edited three Books in LAMBERT and VDM Publishing house, Germany in areas of reproductive biology and genetics.
