Dr. Jianye Ge

Brief Biography:


Dr. Jianye Ge is an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Applied Genetics at University of North Texas Health Science Center. He received his Bachelor and Master degrees in computer science from Nankai University, China, and the Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics from University of Cincinnati in 2009. His current research topics related to forensic genetics and bioinformatics. Dr. Ge has published more than 30 papers, has been the editorial board members of two academica journals, and has developed several DNA evidence interpretation software programs for US Federal agencies and international projects.
