Brief Biography:


I am a bioinformatician whose expertise in the area of epigenomics and next generation sequencing. After completing my master in bioinformatics at the Sikkim-Manipal Univ. of Health, Medical and Technology Science, Gangtok, I have worked for a three years in engineering college as a lecturer. Later, I worked for a couple of years in an Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology in the area of In-silico drug discovery and subsequently in a NRC on Plant Biotechnology, New Delhi in the area of transgenic development. Later, I worked two years in the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resource (NBPGR), New Delhi in the area of genomics. I currently am giving my service as a Scientist-II in the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi.
