My post doctoral training includes molecular modeling, molecular docking, structural bioinformatics, structure based drug design, deciphering protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions, signalling pathway and network analysis, proteomics, protein expression and purification, molecular biology, molecular genetics, pedigree and clinical data analysis, SNP chip design, genome data analysis, linkage disequilibrium analysis, genetic power calculations, co-morbidity analysis, neuro-oncology and neuropsychiatric genetics.
