You have brought out a very improtant issue and thank you so much for writing and publishing such an important article. I have gone through your article so many times, for me, its very interesting. But its not very clear. 

I could not see what you wanted to measure and what you found. Somewhere it looks like an original paper, sometime as a review paper.

I would like to suggest you to improve the following:

Methodology: make it clear

Result: Systematize it so that the readers can get the message at a glance

Discussion: Improve it. Discuss your findings and compare with other similar studies.

Conclusion: Make a succint conclusion.
