I appreciate for the review. I am also sorry for the superficial informations about this subject. In English literature, the subject is almost a rejected issue. I really don't know why authors give less attention to this subject. As we report in the article, spontaneous resolution make the issue less valuable but patients that need treatment with surgery can not be underestimated.

We are not able to collect literature other than English. More reports and more experiences must be shared to form know-how.

It is reflective of the data presented.

There is nothing new in this article. The number of cases managed in itself reflects that condition is not commonly seen in clinical practice. The way data is presented in unimpressive. Discussion part is unnecessarily detailed and just a review of literature. As such article does not add anything new to what is already known about breast diseases / anomalies in children and adolesecents.

Abstract is poorly written. Result part did not touch upon various pathologies managed. Conclusion is not based upon the results, it is merely recommendations.

Benign breast dysplasia is poorly defined and categorized, not in scientific manner. It is more of presumption.

Overall weak article, retrospective in nature and spanned over 7 years which is obviously can have recall bias and case notes may be incomplete.
