First of all, what if the inflammatory infiltration is in moderate category? There seems to be some arbitrariness/subjectivity in assessing the degree of infiltration.

How did the cases which had prominent inflammatory infiltration, with no node mets compare regarding other histologic prognostic indicators like grade etc??

Was there any follow up on these cases post surgically for considerable length of time.

After going thro the article being a Pathologist, will definitely look into the inflammatory component in Ca colon cases henceforth and see how the experience will be wrt node mets.
