The article from Italy is aim to demonstrate the anatomical review regarding the brachial plexus and its relationships with contiguous anatomical structures to better define the interscalene brachial plexus block technique.  The title is “A simple in interscalene block: The Manani’s technique. Some elements of distinction from supraclavicular perivascular techniques”.

There have some issues.  The authors should to be clarified and be added the following issues in the text.

  1. The study has a low sample size.
  2. The authors should to be suggested the readers to apply this knowledge in routine clinical practice.
  3. The study showed that the failure rate was about 8%.  What did the authors do after the brachial plexus block was failed?   How did the authors perform in these 8% failed patients.

     Thank you so much
