In this article it may be most important to clarify how to remove NG tube in more detail. I think 2-3 weeks after surgery is too long to secure the stability of omental patch ro simple closure for perforated gastroduodenal ulcer.

Authors should rectify the confusion about the tube iatrogenically fixed in pylorus was a Naso-Gastric tube or Jenunal tube. The method for removing the tube must be elaborated. After revising the draft of this article, this article should be published in "WebMedCentral Plus"

A case report is aim to report a case of the NG tube fixation to the pylorus of stomach.  The title is “Iatrogenic complications of NG tube: accidental fixation to the pylorus of stomach: a case study and review of literature”.

There have some questions and uncleared issues.

  1. Please describe the mechanism of this iatrogenic complication and add it in the text.
  2. Do they have the standard guidelines for treatment of this iatrogenic complication?
  3. Please add the other iatrogenic complications of NG tube insertion in the discussion part.
  4. The clinical application is very important.   The authors should to be suggested the readers to apply this knowledge into routine clinical practice.

     Thank you so much
