  • Other Comments:

The author suggest that this clinical manifestation is part of a mulriple sclerosis that is disgnosed a year later, also concerned that the patient suffers from a benign intracranial hypertension.

In my opinion the author makes a diagnosis that is not correct, because he combines three different problems under "one umbrella" without making a proper differential diagnosis.

The diagnosis of multiple sclerosis needs to have  the criteria of spatial and temporal spread, and this is something that the author does not justifies at any time, also based his diagnosis on cranial MRI desmilinization data, and positive ologoclonal bands. However both findings are nonspecific and may be seen in many inflammatory diseases.
