  • Other Comments:

This is a good work, as suggested by the authors it needs more extensive study to confirm the findings and enforce into practice.  The authors themselves can conduct another study as they have the required subjects and condition with more stringent inclusion and exclusion criterias.  This article should go into regular medical journals for wider audience and more constructive comments.
