Other Comments:
1. Some typographical and grammatical mistakes needs to corrected
2. Discussion section should be re-named as ("RESULTS & DISCUSSION")
3. Alignment mistakes (e.g. Klebsiellapneumoniae, presencewas etc...) needs to be addressed
4. Paper is well written but needs some modifications

Other Comments:
This paper demonstrates defined preventative protocols by which pathogens may be reduced in the kitchen where food is prepared. I would enjoy learning the authors' estimation of what percentage of the contamination by investing recommended applications.

Other Comments:
It is a good study for the student project. The conclusions drawn are somewhat little extended.
Reasons
1. It is expected for pathogens on taps, fridge handles, towels etc used in the common kitchen. (students and staff kitchen) and it is not sterile kitchen used to prepare sterile food for the seriously ill patients.
2. How can food prepared for students and staff cause pathogenesis for immuno-compromised patients and people on mechanical ventilator who do not consume this food.
3. Have the food which is prepared is tested for bacteria (pathogenic). May be it will not have so much bacteria and that is why you may not see such high infected cases.
