    No, The dose is very high in vivo and also, do not know what is active ingredient.

The article when submitted dealt with preliminary work of my research.     I think this is a fascinating article and the only objection I have is structural. The author describes the methodology of inducing hepatic injury in the abstract but fails to detail it in the method section. If anything, that should be reversed. 

     

    Addtionally, there are a few grammatical glitches and mispelled words that should be corrected.
