HGPS is a very rare entity.Though the authors have tried to summarize the dental and craniofacial abnormalities in this rare syndrome, they have not given any supportive photographs.Authors have also not mentioned about their own experience of coming across any such case and the result of the dental care which was provided. If not then they should try to search for the experience of other Dentists and summarize the results. The article will be more informative if the Dental care is described in more detail.

This paper is informative to researchers and dentists who need basic information about HGPS. It might be more helpful with case oral and dentla photos and more documantation to the readers. In generally we need more spesific reports or series about the syndromes that we can understand better clinically. There are no references attached to the text.
