I think it is a very interesting idea because authors could have their work published quicker than with conventional ways and this is also a way to inform the rest of the scientific community about something considered relevant but may be very difficult to publish it in  a conventional journal. All of us as authors have had these kind of problems several times. I think the new idea you have had is very good because the rapidity of publication of new ideas, the facility to know about all these new publications as well as the facility to make a comment to emphasize the authors´ ideas or to critic their article by the introduction of new concepts they forgot about... 

I am really impressed with this new idea to publish
