What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

I think it is a great idea to be able to pull together a one-stop site for most medical sciences - clinical and basic sciences.

I have no experience in post-publication peer review but am certainly excited about this.

The web 2.0 has certainly open up new and exciting avenues to enhance the development and progress of medical literature in an unprecedented manner.
