Brief Biography:
Wan Rosli (Assoc Prof) is a senior lecturer attached with Nutrition Program, Universiti Sains Malaysia Health Campus, Malaysia since 2004. He was born in the year of 1969 at Selama, Perak, Malaysia. He successfully graduated with Bachelor’s Science and Food Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia in the year of 1993. He was then obtained his Master of Science in the field of Food Biochemistry from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia in year 1997. He was then completed his philosophy doctoral study in the dicipline of Food Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2004. He became a professional member of Malaysian International Food Technology (MIFT) since 2010 and Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM) since 2004. His research interest is developing various interventional value-added food products from natural products
