  2. Development new simple diagnostic test for typhoid fever, leprosy, leptospirosis, and brucellosis.
  3. Development of recombinant DNA BCG vaccine.
  4. Molecular epidemiology study of leprosy and typhoid fever.
  5. Development and evaluation of effectivity Salmonella typhi vaccine.
  6. Molecular genetic study of leprosy and application of chemoprophylaxis for leprosy.
  7. Genome snp analysis for S. typhi in Indonesia and novel new flagellin gene Indz66.
  8. Operational research of tuberculosis in isolated islands of Indonesia.

New finding: simple diagnostic tools for typhoid fever; chemoprophylaxis of leprosy and new flagellin gene Indz66 of S. Typhi
