The manuscript has 3 important misconceptions:
1. The internationally accepted treatment is based on 4 drugs and is not nonoterapia as mentioned in the "Discussion".
2. The anti-tuberculosis treatment should never be suspended, as mentioned in the "Conclusion".
3. If there is co-infection with tuberculosis and HIV, tuberculosis is treated first and then the HIV, so the drugs do not interact with each other, as mentioned in the "Conclusion".
On the other hand, lacks the year in one of the references and they are outdated, missing in 2011.
