    The article has a modest scientific mean. According to authors the data obtained" give rise the attention for importance for  continuous monitoring of AIV NA genetic changes for both diagnosis and treatment before its transmission to human " Everything is obscure and not clear! Authors should explain to readers how continuous monitoring will specifically help to diagnosis and treatment ! Additional Figs  are unnecessary, the list of references should be truncated.
